Suzhou Yongfang Fiber Spinning Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest a total of 1.2 billion yuan in the 100000-ton biomass fiber spinning technology project, build a 150000-square-meter factory building, purchase internationally leading equipment such as combing couplet, vortex spinning, full-automatic air conditioning system, etc., and finally form a production capacity of 200 sets of vortex spinning, with an annual output of 100000 tons and an annual sales income of 1.5 billion yuan.
The project is divided into three phases, of which the first phase of the project has an investment of 0.3 billion yuan, the construction of a 33000-square-meter factory building, and the purchase of 40 sets of vortex spinning and supporting front and rear road equipment. At present, the first phase of the project has been completed, with an annual output of 20000 tons and an annual sales revenue of 0.29 billion yuan.
The third phase of the 2. project will each build 60000 square meters of factory buildings and purchase 160 sets of vortex spinning and supporting front and rear road equipment.
The whole project takes the continuous, automated and intelligent spinning technology development direction as the fundamental follow of equipment selection. It has the remarkable characteristics of constant temperature and humidity in the workshop environment, less labor and low labor intensity of workers. It has realized the on-line detection of 100 percent of the quality of semi-finished products and finished products, laying the foundation for the high-quality development of spinning enterprises!
The project uses bio-based cellulose fibers such as viscose fiber, modal fiber and Tencel fiber from natural bamboo and wood resources as raw materials. There is no three wastes discharged in the spinning production process. The products produced have the characteristics of moisture absorption, air permeability and bright color. They are suitable for dry and close-fitting wearing. The clothes made of these yarns can be naturally degraded after being worn and discarded without causing white pollution. They are environment-friendly yarns, in line with the current development trend of environmental protection, regeneration and low carbon.
